  1. Stop comparing: This is one of the most unhealthy competitions that we do with our peers. This creates a tendency of being jealous of someone and overlooking your talents and intelligence. Imposter syndrome is another common experience among teens for doubting themselves and because of that, we start comparing. We are all talented in some way or the other, and we are worthy of existing. we see a lot of videos on social media which does affect our day to day life. For example, I was unhealthily obsessed with people on social media who shows that their life is balanced but trust me, we will always have ups and downs in our life. We grow and learn from our mistakes. We are all uniquely filled with talents and passion. And it's okay to start again if you fall behind. It's okay to see your peers going ahead because we need to understand that everyone's life is different and not everyone can have a perfect life. We are supposed to fall and learn from it. We grow up again in every phase of our life.

  2. Eat Healthily: To have a healthy mind, you need to eat healthily. Make sure to add all the elements necessary for your breakfast. Drink water. And make a plan as to what you will be eating the next day. When you are healthy, you will feel refreshed. always take your vitamins.

  3. Create a schedule: I always prefer to plan then take the next step. Creating a schedule will help you to prepare mentally and physically for the tasks that you need to complete. This always helps me to manage my time and have a good amount o free time for self-care and self-love. A schedule will always help you to focus on specific tasks and always stick to them as much as possible.

  4. Journal or Meditate: I have started journaling since the beginning of the months and here are the things that I felt :

    • I felt peace with me

    • It helped me to find the truest version of me

    • The prompts helped me to question my day and helped me to improve my tomorrow

5. Reflect: This is one of the most important things that we should be doing before going to bed. Maybe think about how you are going to make your tomorrow the best. Think about what you can improve the next day. Reflection is something that you think. You may write them while expressing through journaling.
