My Top 5 Study Habits

Here are my 5 study tips that I use :

1. Planning

Planning out your study schedule or the subjects that you feel like covering should always be done beforehand. Before you go to bed, always make sure to plan out all the subjects that you would like to study the next day or you could also plan after you wake up the next morning. Plan out the materials that you will revise or the page numbers till which you would like to study. Plan out the questions or numerical or maths sums that you would like to complete

2. Refer to the Books

Always refer to the books that your school provides. It is perfectly alright to refer to materials online but you should always have a good grasp of the things that are there in your books. Know that not every subject-based material online is always correct. Always refer to your books.

3. Understanding

Understanding your study materials is important. Having a good grasp of the things that are being taught in the class always helps you to ace your exams. You should mentally be connected to your books and the materials taught in the class.

4. Note-taking methods

Find your own methods to take notes. For example, I take short notes when my teacher speaks. When I come home, I read the chapter and try to expand the points. I always prefer the traditional note-taking method i.e., writing on your copy. It may be different for you. You might opt for the digital method, so it's important to find the best note-taking method.

5. Inspiration

Finding inspiration to study helps a lot! Following certain study YouTubers and studygrammers, helps a lot. Maybe you might like to watch their videos and get inspired to study. Looking at their posts or reels might motivate you. It's important for you to find your inspiration.
