5:00 AM - 5:30 AM: Wake Up & Hydrate

✏️Organize your materials.
✏️Do a quick, light review of previous day's notes to warm up your brain.
⭐6:00 AM - 7:30 AM: Study Session 1 (High-Intensity Focus)
✏️This is your peak productivity window.
✏️Tackle your most challenging subjects or the tasks that require the deepest concentration (e.g., complex prob⭐7:30 AM - 8:00 AM: Breakfast & Active Break
✏️Fuel up with a nutritious breakfast.
